Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts for the product line and maintain the sales pipeline.
He/ she will work directly with the customers/distributors and build the sales pipeline across different industry segments, including Construction, Survey and Infrastructure, etc. to achieve sales targets.
He/she will showcase Trimble Technology and bridge the requirements of the client with the Trimble offerings.
He/she is accountable for the development and execution of sales plans and the achievement of defined goals for a particular product line, including Advanced Survey products like Total Station, GNSS products within the Geospatial Division. Addressing the Geodetic & Geotechnical Monitoring for different infrastructure/building projects is a key requirement. This individual is responsible for providing direction, hands-on coaching and specific guidance to the distribution network also.

Key knowledge of served markets and industries.
Minimum 10 years in Sales Management experience in the Construction industry with extensive distribution and multiple channel experience.
Experience developing and maintaining Key Account relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Regional travelling is expected around (50%-75%) for product demonstrations, presentations and participation in events.
Understands customer and market segmentation.
BE/BS degree in a survey/geodetic technical and/or engineering, and/or business development field. Post-Graduation in the Marketing stream will be an added advantage. In lieu of an unrelated academic background, industry experience is also considered. Field sales experience in the same field is a plus.
Working knowledge of surveying workflows and software for various applications.
Proficient knowledge on product and applications.
Working experience in survey engineering, infrastructure & construction engineering, Geodetic Monitoring, Geotechnical sensors integration in Monitoring.
Self-motivated, sense of urgency to plan, execute various activities to engage customers on solutions.
