Engineering Manager

Description

• Provide leadership on design reviews, change management and issue resolution to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Contribute to commercial activities such as tenders, EOIs and risk management assessments.
• Manage system engineering processes, including requirements management, RAMS, risk assessments and integration activities.
• Lead and manage a multi‑disciplinary engineering team to deliver high‑quality, compliant engineering outcomes.
• Oversee engineering design deliverables, interface management, and technical governance across all projects.
• Support development and delivery of construction work packages and ensure accuracy of as‑built documentation.
• Drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and champion best‑practice engineering standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective, practical engineering solutions that meet project and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Highly developed communication, planning and organisational skills.
• RPEQ and/or RPEV (or eligibility) required.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering with 15+ years’ senior‑level experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong understanding of contract environments and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and a drive to deliver value for clients.
• Strong background in engineering design principles, project execution and maintenance planning systems.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capability across complex engineering environments.
• Ability to inspire and lead a high‑performing engineering team.
