We are seeking a Northeast Aviation Market Leader to join RS&H’s East Region Infrastructure Business Unit and expand our presence in the Northeast aviation market. The role will lead a staff of professionals to achieve agreed business goals, grow the RS&H brand, and drive business development.
The Market Leader will implement a comprehensive business plan, build strong client and partner relationships, and oversee complex airport projects. Responsibilities may include executive leadership on significant development projects, contract oversight, and senior‑level guidance across commercial, technical, environmental, and solicitation disciplines.
Key objectives include identifying new clients, strengthening existing relationships, contributing to a business plan that meets sales and revenue targets, and creating a recruiting and hiring strategy to increase headcount and revenue potential. The leader will also promote the RS&H brand and cultivate a collaborative work environment across the Vienna, Philadelphia, and Baltimore offices.
Candidates must hold an ABET‑accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess at least 15 years of progressive aviation leadership experience, and have proven project‑management expertise on complex airport contracts. Strong supervisory skills, established client relationships, and experience coordinating with the FAA and other regulatory agencies are required.
Preferred qualifications include professional engineering registration in relevant states and experience delivering projects using Design‑Bid‑Build, Design‑Build, or CM@Risk procurement methods. RS&H is an employee‑owned firm that values integrity, accountability, curiosity, and teamwork.
