Tasks

-Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. -Liaising with hiring managers to understand project and role requirements. -Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. -Maintaining accurate recruitment records within Job Adder (ATS) -Screening applications and conducting initial phone screens -Engaging in employer branding activities to attract top talent. -Writing and posting job advertisements on Job Adder and other job boards. -Creating and managing candidate shortlists. -Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges. -Sourcing candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, internal databases, referrals).

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience managing a candidate database and use of recruitment software, such as JobAdder. -Minimum 3+ years' experience in a role with high volume recruitment. -Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised as required. -Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities, with a strong adherence to deadlines. -Previous experience in recruitment of white-collar roles, preferably within the engineering and telecommunications industry. -High level of internet and PC proficiency, including use of Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Software/s. -Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications.
