- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design
- Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
- Identifies discrepancies in results.
- Prepare progress, factual, and interpretive reports on ESIA, sustainability, and permitting.
- Support the office plan to expand its services to clients in ESIA, permitting, and sustainability.
- Lead and conduct ESIA and Sustainability studies and prepare proposal for the same studies.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.

- Member from the Saudi Council of Engineers, Saudi Real Estate Institute, and US Green Building Council or equivalent.

- BSc in Engineering, preferably with Masters Degree.
- At least 10 years work experience in ESIA, sustainability, and environmental permitting.
- Preferably Saudi national.
