What you would be doing

- When applicable, acquaint new residents with menu options
- Charge all drinks accordingly
- Serve residents and guest's beverages as requested per recipes
- Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop and remove trash from the bar area as needed to maintain cleanliness
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere
- Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff
- Set up the bar with garnishes
- Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals
- Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices
- Remove used glassware from bar area
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food, beverage, and dining programs
- Takes and delivers accurate drink orders to residents and guests
- Attending Pre-Meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory of all products

- Strong organization and time management skills

- Must abide by Company uniform policy
- Polish all cups and glasses prior to service
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Able to build positive and strong relationships with employees, coworkers and residents
- One (1) year prior bartending experience required
- Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
