Description

The Electronics Process Quality Technician plays a key role in assuring the quality and reliability of electronic components used in Power Distribution Units, Static Transfer Switches, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies for data centers and critical power applications. The position focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the electronics within these products.

• Troubleshoot non‑conforming PCBs and electronics from the Richmond production line and assign corrective actions.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) of new PCBs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop quality processes for high‑volume electronics manufacturing.
• Ensure proper ESD controls for electronic components throughout the production cycle.

• 2‑year technical degree in Electronics or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as digital multimeter, oscilloscope, and power analyzer.
• Ability to analyze electronic components and read basic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to testing procedures.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
