Oversee compensation structures, design programs, and manage annual review cycles.
Support the design and continuous improvement of compensation programs to align with organizational strategy and market trends.
Maintain internal governance standards and documentation related to pay practices.
Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable legislation and reporting requirements.
Administer and project manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments.
Support leaders and P&C with appropriate job matching external survey data and compensation frameworks.
Conduct job analysis, leveling, and benchmarking to align with external market data and maintain internal equity across job families.
Monitor market trends, conduct research, and provide insights to ensure pay practices remain competitive.
Manage enterprise-wide base pay structures and compensation frameworks.
Advise leaders and P&C partners on compensation matters and support effective communication of pay practices to employees.

Demonstrated experience in administering compensation cycles, building compensation frameworks, and advising leaders and P&C teams on compensation strategies.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS reporting; experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on compensation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
CPP designation or working towards a certification is considered an asset.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
