In this role you will act as the Planning Lead, steering projects across various markets and sectors, preparing bids and tender submissions, and taking responsibility for multi‑disciplinary project management and delivery. You will support junior colleagues, work alongside environmental, engineering and design teams, and engage with market and client leads to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant planning degree, with RTPI membership being desirable, and has solid experience in Environmental Impact Assessments, strategic planning, and planning policy. Familiarity with TCPA, DCO, TWAO or equivalent applications, strong time‑management skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure are essential, as are excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
