AkzoNobel is advancing its Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities and seeks a Mass Change Specialist to oversee mass‑creation and change processes across multiple systems. The role involves developing scripts, monitoring replication issues, and validating upload files while supporting the broader data strategy for the organization.
- Develop and maintain Winshuttle, FIORI, and LSMW scripts for mass data creation and change.
- Analyze and support master data across SAP, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- Execute tactical initiatives, SAP upgrades, integration testing, and deployment planning.
- Enforce data standards, conduct data cleansing, and resolve data conflicts.
- Generate ad‑hoc reports, create end‑user documentation, and deliver training materials.
- Track risks, manage issues, and support data extensions for projects, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Minimum 5–6 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in MDM functions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, MDG, FIORI, LSMW, Winshuttle; MDG Fiori preferred.

- Post‑graduation degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or equivalent.
