Inspect equipment and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements.
Consistently communicate and reinforce the tenets of an IIF workplace.
Perform periodic maintenance on medium and large equipment.
Work with local oil and liquid disposal service companies to dispose of used oil and liquids.
Provide timely support to jobsite needs.
Take personal responsibility for working safely within an incident and injury free culture.
Work with jobsites to provide shelter needs and supplies, including weather protection materials and heating/cooling units.
Clean, repair, and service all equipment that returns to warehouse for future work.
Maintain, repair, and renovate office trailers as required.
Direct salvage and disposal of damaged and used equipment.
Assist in machine maintenance and equipment procurement processes.
Pick up and delivery of equipment and materials using vehicles with a 10,001+ GVW rating.
Ensure adherence to processes and procedures that support an IIF culture.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful and lasting relationships.
Class A CDL and 2+ years of experience operating vehicles of 10,001+ GVW rating.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
Ability to properly lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints.
