The Prefabrication Manager will oversee all aspects of the prefabrication department, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery of assemblies to support field operations. The role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and close collaboration with project managers, estimators, procurement, and design teams to align prefabrication work with project timelines and organizational goals.
Ideal candidates possess at least seven years of electrical construction experience, including three years in prefabrication management or supervision, and a strong background in NEC standards and prefabrication best practices. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, along with OSHA 30 certification, advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and project scheduling software, and demonstrated leadership and financial acumen.
The position requires flexibility to work both in an office and an active shop, frequent visits to job sites, occasional lifting of up to 25 lb, and the ability to work extended hours when deadlines demand. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, be willing to travel as needed, and pass background checks, screenings, and physical examinations.
Compensation is determined by individual qualifications and experience, with a typical dayshift schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 am‑3:30 pm.
