Carry out assignments in line with; statutory & legislative requirements, Health & safety requirements, appliance standards & codes of practice
Deliver great service to customers whilst working on equipment. E.g. Air Handling Units, chillers, kitchen extract canopies, fire dampers and controls.
Travel within Leinster region to collect parts etc.
Responsibility for the maintenance , repair and commissioning of full range of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.
Ensure that all customer facilities and services are made available within the requirements of the contract specification and ensure assets are operating effectively.
Liaise with specialists and suppliers in relation to industry and manufacturing requirements.
Ensure Continuous Professional Development.
Responsibility for Ireland and international (two weeks in four ) installation and servicing of HVAC equipment, Mainly Data Centres.
Escalate to direct report of risk items.
Ensure all customer equipment is in perfect working order , efficient and effective.

Excellent communication both verbal and written including influencing and problem solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematics & drawings.
Fluency in English both verbal & written
Experience working on large commercial projects.
Strong customer focus, with good interpersonal skills
Full clean drivers license.
Be willing to work as part of a team, be self-motivated and be professional
Working knowledge of VSD's and conventional motor starter controls. ∙ Understanding of BMS systems and other systems of control.
Familiarity with the use of PC based tools. (Word , excel, etc.).
3 years plus experience in Senior Service HVAC Technician role.
Strong analytical skills, problem solving ,diagnostic & ability to think on feet and meticulousness attention to detail.
Fault finding and problem-solving techniques
Electrical and mechanical building service experience required.
Proven experience with servicing HVAC equipment.
Strong leadership, people management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels , including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Self contained and the ability to work alone on some assignments
Attention to detail
Professional certificates are desirable
Be willing to provide rotating on call cover
