Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Calculate material costs, prepare budgets, and track variations.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and on-site measurements.
• Provide cost-related support during site execution and project meetings.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Projects teams to align on project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all quantity surveying and estimation work.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation reports, and omission reports.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) based on design and shop drawings.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the interior fit-out industry to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions, ensuring accurate project costing and coordination across teams.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of interior materials, finishes, and site coordination.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or able to relocate before joining.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency (minimum 5 years) and experience in preparing detailed take-offs.
