Tasks

Creating comprehensive mechanical system designs and schematics for diverse projects. Conducting thorough analyses of project requirements, developing and rigorously testing mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. Providing advanced solutions that meet technical specifications and project objectives, while optimizing both performance and cost. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems with other building systems and project requirements. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Ensure all designs adhere to national and local mechanical codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and currency. -Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer technical expertise, and present design concepts and solutions. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Identify and address design issues, conduct system testing, and provide solutions to technical problems during the implementation phase. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Perform detailed load calculations, system simulations, and performance analyses to verify that designs are efficient, reliable, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations. -Develop intricate mechanical system designs, schematics, and layouts for projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and solutions. -Review and approve design modifications and changes, ensuring they meet project goals and specifications.
