The Role

Overview

Manage contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control and value.

Tasks

-Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BoQs), and contracts. -Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes. -Monitor and control project costs. -Provide accurate budget estimates for construction projects. -Maintain updated records of all financial aspects of the project. -Prepare and analyse cost plans and feasibility studies. -Evaluate subcontractor and supplier tenders. -Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractors. -Ensure adherence to contractual terms (JCT, NEC, etc.). -Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders. -Prepare monthly valuations, interim applications, and final accounts. -Forecast final project costs and assess financial risks. -Prepare regular cost reports for internal and client-side use.

What You Bring
