Prepare and deliver quality sales presentations and proposals to prospects/agencies
Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet the advertisers marketing and sales objectives
Build relationships with direct clients and keep abreast of any new developments and revenue opportunities

Salesforce experience desirable
Understand the local market, including new site launches, initiatives (within and outside existing client base) and general online industry developments
Someone with a few runs on the board ‐ proven media sales experience, ideally in an online environment
Sales experience to direct customers as well as ad/media agencies
A strong and creative communicator
Friendly, approachable and have good relationship management skills
Knowledge of the property developer industry
Good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Analytical skills, to enable reporting on client activity
