Qualifications include a valid Florida Real Estate License, proven in‑house timeshare sales experience, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent verbal communication and active listening, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem‑solving skills, and willingness to work weekends and major holidays.
