Design, develop and mentor on mobile applications using Kotlin/Swift at Lutron.

Tasks

-Dive technically deep in on one of software platforms -Resolve technical issues, reported bugs and field issues promptly -Implement the solution, unit-tests, and integration tests with multiple developers -Work with senior engineers to review solutions -Create system and software design documentation -Develop customer requirements with stakeholders -Collaborate with our Product Managers, Software Architects, and Functional Area Owners and other parts of our company to develop solutions to problems -Mentor junior engineers as they start their career with us

What You Bring

-Familiarity with Agile Principles, include SAFe -Minimum, cumulative 3.0 GPA for all degrees earned -5+ years of industry experience in Mobile Application Development -Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) -Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering -Computer Science Fundamentals including Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns -Experience with CI/CD Best Practices -Fluent with Kotlin or Swift ideally with experience developing using Declarative UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose or Swift UI -Experience with BitBucket, Jira, Confluence
