Contract Supervisor

Description

• Assist in the daily oversight and management of sub-contractors to ensure effective and safe delivery of services.
• Keep all Gratte Brothers’ site compliance documentation accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Carry out internal supervisory audits to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Support the Contract Manager with the coordination and delivery of day-to-day service activities across multiple sites.
• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and mentorship to engineers.
• Coordinate with Specialist Service Providers and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
• Ensure all external audits meet required KPI standards and compliance expectations.
