Receiving and distribution of consultant invoices for review and approvals.
Administration of consultant agreements including determining scope of work, writing award letters, modifying contracts and coordination with Metro Vancouver Finance Department.
Ensuring invoices are received, reviewed, processed and paid in a timely manner.
Tracking and reporting costs.
Responsible for the management of consultant contracts for the NSSWTP.
Provide administrative support to the NS Commercial & Procurement Teams. This may include data entry and extraction, internal reporting, updating meeting minutes, claims & changes coordination.
