Associate Photographer - Denver

Description

Associate Photographers capture media for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport Pro 3 cameras, digital photography equipment, and iPads. They are assigned a core territory, schedule appointments, and create 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs for residential listings while also supporting commercial data collection in designated grid areas. The role works closely with clients, sales, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager.

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Produce high‑quality photographs that showcase residential properties.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Survey assigned one‑mile grids for commercial‑real‑estate data coverage and identify new inventory.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
• Sit, stand, and walk up to 8 hours daily; lift and maneuver equipment up to 5 lb.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements operating camera and tablet devices.
• Bend, stoop, squat, lift, twist, and carry as needed; work outdoors in all seasons.
• Drive and work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience, including real‑estate photography.
• Professional photographer background or recent degree in photography; FAA Part 107 drone license required.
• Strong time‑management, detail orientation, and accurate data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
