Implement UI/UX design execution in web applications.
Mentor team members.
Assist in the architecture, development, and launching and maintenance of scalable .NET web applications.
Contribute to technical specs and contribute to core code and documentation.
Collaboratively work on front-end development with a focus on accessibility and responsiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, bugs, and optimize performance.
Support, enhance, and maintain legacy systems.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Experience with geospatial tools (Mapbox, Google Maps, or ArcGIS).
Experience with CMS platforms (Umbraco, Kentico, SiteCore, WordPress, etc.).
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
5-7 years custom development experience with ASP.NET/C# with a strong focus on UI/UX experience.
Experience in one or more database technologies (Transact-SQL with SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
Experience in accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.0), front-end build tools (Webpack, Tailwind, Vite), and SEO best practices.
Experience in consulting or fast-paced, multi-project environments.
Working knowledge in Microsoft platforms, frameworks, and tools.
Experience/working knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud Environments.
Experience with Umbraco CMS platform.
Experience in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser testing.
Experience with continuous growth and learning within a team.
Experience working in DevOps / Git environment for version control with a good discipline in pull requests and merge branch operations.
Experience in front-end frameworks (React preferred, or Vue, Angular, Blazor), HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and JSON.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
