We are seeking an Emergency Response Division who will oversee the India-based Operations Analytics & Emergency Response Division Support function. The role plays a critical part in daily U.S. field operations, ensuring high-quality equipment tracking, telematics integration, performance metrics & operational analytics, cost tracking & billing, GIS support. This position will lead a multi-skilled team of analysts and serve as the central point of coordination between U.S. Operations, Equipment, Billing, and India support functions.
Work will involve leading analysts, managing deliverables, maintaining dashboards, reconciling movement logs, and supporting live operations during emergency deployments. The environment values precision, agility, communication, and strong cross-functional alignment.
This role requires daily collaboration with U.S.-based operations teams, frequent alignment meetings, and responsiveness to field requirements across time zones. You can expect a blend of structured reporting and fast-paced operational decision-making. A significant portion of the role involves validating telematics data, troubleshooting equipment tracking issues, and ensuring the accuracy of operational dashboards and billing evidence.
- Mentor and guide analysts to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of outputs.
- Reducing billing discrepancies and increasing data transparency
- Diagnose discrepancies across GPS, engine hours, and operational movement logs.
- Manage end-to-end equipment tracking and integrate telematics data from Samsara, VisionLink, and Qtanium.
- Improving telematics accuracy and equipment tracking
- Building accurate and reliable operational dashboards
- Support billing teams with GPS route verification, haul-distance validation, and ticket reconciliation.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards, automations, and reporting tools.
- Prepare data packages and actionable insights for U.S. leadership during deployments.
- Coordinate daily with U.S. Operations Directors, Field Supervisors, Emergency Response Division leaders, and Equipment Managers.
- Produce analytics on equipment utilization and project inventory, load counts, volumetrics, productivity cycles, downtime, and field progress.
- Develop and validate GIS layers such as polygons, buffers, haul routes, and operational zones.
- Lead and manage the India-based ERD /OAS team supporting U.S. field operations.

- Proven ability to interpret telematics data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global or field-based teams.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, and operational mapping concepts.
- 8–10 years of experience in operations analytics, ERD/GIS support, telematics, or equipment operations.
