The role is responsible for developing and executing all price‑management strategic goals for the Area, including core price and yield targets, in alignment with corporate guidance.
Key duties include owning the Area pricing plans, developing price‑management capability, collaborating with the Area Sales Director, Public Sector Manager, and Vice President on profitable growth, working with the Corporate Price Management team to create and implement pricing strategies, advising other directors on program execution, leading the implementation of emerging pricing tools, mentoring analysts, driving profitability improvements, monitoring market conditions, managing pricing tools, and developing revenue budgets.
The position supervises two full‑time employees, requires U.S. residence, and demands strong leadership, influence across the organization, a proven record of quarterly core price results, excellent communication, and proactive initiative. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent), seven plus years of pricing or revenue‑management experience with at least three years of people‑management, while a master’s degree and ten plus years of experience are preferred.
The work environment is primarily office‑based with occasional physical tasks such as keyboarding and handling objects under 30 lb; rare exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals, dirt, noise, or weather extremes may occur.
