Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.

Experience in mechanical component replacement and specialty welding preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in an EPC/Service in nuclear power construction environment.
Excellent budgeting, costing, and scheduling skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of nuclear project work, financial operations, project control methods/standards, estimating, construction, and US employee relations.
Proficient computer skills, including typical MS suite programs.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
10 years’ construction experience in a supervisory capacity in the nuclear sector.
Certification in project management professional (PMP) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field with a focus on nuclear construction.
