Must possess an understanding of accounting, contract management, HR, procurement and other administrative functions.

Proficiency in geoscience acquisition, processing and interpretation is required. Experience in geothermal is preferred.
Must possess Master of Science or Engineering in a relevant subject. A Doctorate degree in a relevant subject is advantageous. A major in Geology is preferred.
Preferably will possess business qualifications (e.g. MBA).
Ability to periodically lift up to 25 lbs
Experience in Project Management is preferred. Experience under the PMI project management framework is preferred, ideally holding either CAPM or PMP qualification.
Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing people and 15 years’ experience in the industry or related fields.
