On call 24 hours to coordinate activities deemed as emergencies
Monitor work activity of team members, ensuring safety compliance, quality of work, cleanliness, following up if required.
Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to team members.
Develop key client and team member relationships to foster open, positive, productive work environment. Ensure associates are serving both internal and external clients.
Ensure operation adheres to Client and internal guidelines regarding work flow, recording, and reporting.
Perform HVAC Technician with Electrical skills, Mechanic/Welder, or Plumber/Pipefitter duties as a technician.
