- Communicate with marketing/web vendors if project updates are needed.
- Maintain accurate project data in Buildertrend, including contact info and work request notes.
- Pay and monitor permit fees; keep an active status sheet updated.
- Attend weekly permit meetings with the internal team.
- Prepare warranty boxes and closeout materials for homeowners.
- Work on prestigious, high-end custom homes in McLean and the D.C. area
- Support project managers with organized records and timely updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners after closeout.
- Maintain homeowner contact details and warranty logs in Buildertrend.
- Submit and track residential permits with municipalities.
- Coordinate with accounting (AP) to ensure proper job cost coding.
- Intake, track, and schedule warranty requests with superintendents and trade partners.
