Lead and manage multiple road/bridge construction projects in Florida.

Tasks

-Provides risk management and issue resolution leadership -Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members -Perform constructability and biddability reviews -Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures -Serves as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects -Review programs for conformance with Department standards

What You Bring

-Must have the ability to interact with various teams and have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills -Previous experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plus -A minimum of 2 years of project management experience -A minimum of 7 years of major road and bridge construction experience -PE License is preferred -Bachelor's degree in related field
