  • Coordonner les mandats avec les chargés de discipline technique concernés (géotechnique/géologie, structure, hydraulique, ingénierie des matériaux, etc.)
  • Superviser, réaliser et/ou coordonner les projets d’étude (inspection d’ouvrages, faisabilité, avant-projet, évaluation de la sécurité de barrages, etc.);
  • Cadre de travail en présentiel dans un nouveau lieu pour 2026 bien aménagé et projets stimulants;

  • Diriger et intégrer les compétences techniques des équipes multidisciplinaires d’ingénieur et de technicien dans la réalisation des mandats de conception et/ou de réfection d’ouvrages hydrauliques;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets et participation à des équipes multidisciplinaires;
  • Être responsable de la gestion contractuelle et financière des projets;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
  • Salaire concurrentiel ;
  • Participer à la veille sur les nouvelles pratiques dans son champ de compétence.
  • Excellente capacité en rédaction et de synthèse;
  • Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
  • Expérience en surveillance de chantier;
  • Aptitudes recherchées : grande habileté en intégration technique en lien avec son champ de compétence, savoir décortiquer les enjeux et les contraintes potentielles, bon sens de la communication, sens du leadership et gestion de projet;
  • Flexibilité d’horaire ;
  • Avoir été membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec durant ces années d’expérience ou être admissible à être reconnu;
  • Être responsable de la surveillance des travaux et de la mise en service des ouvrages;
  • Expérience pertinente de minimum 10 années directement applicable dans son domaine d’expertise avec des réalisations récentes;
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en ingénierie pertinent dans son domaine d’expertise (Hydraulique, géotechnique, structure ou équivalent), des études supérieures dans le domaine seront considérées comme un atout;
