Analyze and interpret field and laboratory data to provide sound geotechnical recommendations.
Prepare and review detailed geotechnical reports for commercial, industrial, retail, government, and residential projects.
Utilize engineering software (e.g., gINT, DARWin, SLOPE/W, VOLFLO, gSTABL, SLIDE, Microsoft Excel) for analysis and reporting.
Conduct field work as necessary to ensure accurate data collection and quality control.
Coordinate field activities with drill crews, including scheduling and sampling logistics.
Conduct geotechnical field explorations and oversee laboratory testing.
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Manage geotechnical projects, including proposal development, project execution, and report delivery.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
Additional: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (required); Master’s in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arkansas (required).
Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard geotechnical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
