Serving as a liaison between residents and management, the Community Ambassador creates a vibrant community atmosphere, enhances resident satisfaction and retention, and leads programming, one‑on‑one contact, and proactive problem‑solving while acting as a role model and professional representative of the company.
- Develop and implement community enrichment programs, meetings, and events supporting a living‑learning environment.
- Participate in marketing and leasing activities to achieve weekly and monthly leasing goals.
- Cover rotating office shifts, providing tours, leasing assistance, phone support, customer service, and general office duties.
- Perform on‑call duties after hours and weekends, handling property tours, lockouts, noise complaints, and emergencies.
- Serve as a resource for residents on services, local community resources, colleges, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
- Conduct resident tours, present property benefits, distribute marketing materials, and attend housing fairs.
- Act as a positive role model representing B.Hom Student Living.
- Assist the General Manager and residents during move‑in and move‑out processes.
- Maintain a state leasing license or obtain it within the legally required timeframe.
- Plan and organize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Reside in the assigned staff apartment and relocate on‑site at least one month before the fall semester start.
