✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings

• Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities adhere to Isprava's established standards and protocols.
• Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with sales teams, project managers, and consultants to synchronize project timelines and space programs effectively.
• Proactively address design-related challenges and offer effective technical solutions to construction teams.
• Guarantee that all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
• Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
• Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages.
• Organize and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams, addressing progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
• Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to handover, ensuring completion meets all specifications.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fulfill the role of Design Manager / Lead Architect with a minimum of 7+ years of architectural experience. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in architecture, particularly in the realm of residential luxury villas. This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design.

• Background in real estate design management.
• Strong proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
• Current CTC and expected CTC.
• Extensive experience in architectural practice.
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SketchUp; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
• Languages: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
