Lead all operations for the Atlanta Customer Center—delivering on-time, high-quality aftermarket services.
Lead operations that directly impact customers worldwide.
Ensure full compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate across global Nikkiso Cryogenic Services locations to share best practices and drive consistency.
Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.
Work in both office and shop environments at Customer Center.
Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
Use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, copiers, etc.
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team across operations and customer service.
Drive year-over-year growth in revenue and EBIT through operational excellence.
Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
Champion Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Strong financial and business acumen — experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost performance.
Expertise with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 6S programs.
Experience with cryogenic or industrial equipment a major plus!
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7+ years of progressive experience leading operations or aftermarket services in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Lift 10-20 pounds.
Proven success improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
