The Territory Executive drives sales growth in assigned non‑metropolitan markets by prospecting, building relationships, and selling Republic Services' full suite of waste and recycling solutions, including small and large containers, electronic and universal recycling, and total waste‑stream management services.
The role requires frequent client interactions, delivering sales presentations, following up with key decision makers, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract renewal while leveraging Salesforce for activity tracking and customer profiling.
Candidates should possess knowledge of the waste or service industry, strong sales and conflict‑resolution skills, a results‑oriented mindset, effective time management, analytical abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
