Actively contribute to the review of Requests for Proposal (RFP) by evaluating and authoring content for proposal responses

A minimum of three-five (3-5) years in a supervisory role
Proven ability to influence others and to build trusting relationships with clients and peers
Strong skills in effectively managing all aspects of the project cost, schedule, risks and budget .
Ability to manage projects with little supervision and provide status and issues to executives and upper management
Strong initiative and creativity in gathering and analyzing project management-related data
Strong ability to provide leadership/mentorship to other team members
A minimum of eight (8) years directly related Project Management experience, preferably with teams of 5 - 15 staff including analysts, developers, QA, tech writers, and related personnel.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches
Proven skills in program/project management
Ability to create and maintain project plans and other project management documentation
