Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and project drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Assist with problem-solving and technical troubleshooting as needed in the field or shop.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily welding tasks to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
Inspect completed welds for accuracy, structural soundness, and adherence to codes or customer standards.

Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and hazard awareness.
Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, etc.) and materials (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum).
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and welding codes (CWB, ASME, API, etc.).
Ability to work in various environments, including shop and field settings, and in varying weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights or confined spaces when required.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
