- Night Shift (Required).
- Overnight Shift (Required).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- 1+ years of manufacturing production experience (Electrical manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Experience in the electrical field is strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
- Day Shift (Required).
- Climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and carrying light to moderate loads (≤ 40 lbs.).
- Excellent logic and reasoning skills.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have strong Mathematical Skills - Ability to add subtract and make calculations.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs.
- Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred).
- Night shift.
- $2000 retention bonus spread out over 3 years.
