Communicate to third parties to assemble drawing packages.
Maintain all internal documentation in a collaborative file sharing and storage environment.
Prepare drawing packages which contain Electrical, Civil & Structural drawings.
Create drawings needed for engineering and development, proposals, and construction.
Participate in site-surveys, pre-bid and pre-construction meetings as needed, including single line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other drawings as required by project scope.
Generate submittal packages (product data sheets; bill of materials; drawings, including layout and detail drawings, permit sets, ).
Coordinate with utilities.
Assist in large RFP and business development opportunities which will include creation of detailed submittal
Participate in quality control review of peer project development team
Conduct and/or perform the following activities and tasks:
Assist Sales to determine customers’ specific technical requirements, project scope, definition of work and product/system feature

Technical or Bachelor degree in electrical related field
2+ years of relevant drafting design and detailing experience with EV Charging a plus
Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam or an equivalent
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision under time sensitive
Understand the requirements for Civil & Structural designs and drawings where applicable.
Experience understanding audit and field survey data and translating that into design documents and drawings.
Apply knowledge of building codes, including NEC, ADA, and local codes.
