Flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience of high volume or high value account management, ideally with direct accountability.
Technically adept in commercial real estate insurance, including common policy features and complex risk profile information.
An analytical and inquisitive mind with a keen eye for detail.
Strong familiarity with commercial insurance broking/placement procedures within the UK and/or Republic of Ireland.
Ability to learn and embrace adherence to our procedures, but with the ability to find alternative solutions and implement changes when challenges arise.
Comfortable with autonomous decision making.
High level of numeracy.
Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel.
Willingness to learn and adapt, including understanding and interpreting leases and gaining insights into building reinstatement costs.
Cert CII qualification or higher.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
