As a Valuation Services Director you will lead top‑tier valuation and advisory services, leveraging Colliers’ full platform to attract new business and retain existing clients. You will promote Colliers’ brand locally, delivering superior customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, collaborative team player with a strong track record of generating fresh ideas and impactful work. You will be expected to drive client growth, manage cross‑geography teams, and apply deep expertise in valuation methodologies to support strategic decisions.

Compensation is commission‑based with an annual performance bonus, and the package includes employer‑subsidized health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits, basic life/AD&D insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, a 401(k) plan with employer match, 10 days of sick leave, and paid parental leave (12 weeks for birth parents, 4 weeks for non‑birth parents after 90 days).
