Attending all the meetings with Customer, such as Kick Off Meeting, HAZOP meetings and SIL review for personnel safety and asset integrity management, Final Inspections, … Support Customers in deep technical review meeting demonstrating expertise and full ownership of system discipline.
Coordinating and supporting the outsource engineering resources for the finalization of the project, monitoring their quality, timing, and productivity.
Handling technical discussion with customer with proper acumen to understand needs and promptly engage properly Head Quarter technical subject matter expert for support and fast resolution. Candidate shall also be able to understand customer job specific technical specification/requirements to support design team for alignment.
Keeping strong connection with Head Quarter design team and manufacturing team to implement all relevant lessons learnt to sustain product continuous improvement.

Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills acting as team player with ability to influence and motivate others
Be fluent in Arabic (Saudi Arabia), in addition to English language, will be considered a plus.
Be able to interface effectively with all stakeholders, at all level of the organization
Have robust knowledge of turbomachinery and/or process design
Be fluent in English language
Proven experience with technical problems resolution for turbomachinery and/or complex system design
Have 3-5 years of experience in O&G engineering environment or other Energy oriented realities
Have robust knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanical and thermal physical domains
Have a Master Degree or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Nuclear, or equivalent engineering
Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal skill
Have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification will be considered a plus
