  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Engineers, and craft professionals to support career development and team performance.
  • Oversee site safety programs, perform inspections, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide day-to-day on-site leadership for field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics, manpower plans, and short-interval schedules in coordination with project management.
  • Manage project documentation including daily reports, field logs, and QA/QC tracking.

This builder delivers large-scale commercial projects across the U.S., including corporate offices, higher education facilities, public assembly venues, and interiors ranging from $50M to $500M+.

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
  • OSHA 30 and safety-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse subcontractor teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • 7+ years superintendent experience with a general contractor; large commercial project background required.
  • Strong technical understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
  • Successful completion of $50M+ vertical building projects (higher education, office, institutional, or public assembly preferred).
