In this role you will complete assembly of complex standard products, including tubing layout, pipe bending, and sawing as needed. You will mount motors, use power and hand tools, set up and level unit bases with a laser level, and install perimeter angles, walls, roofs and roof trim. Reading blueprints, shop floor viewer drawings, and MMIB manuals guides you to verify components, detect defects, and prepare packages for shipment.
The position requires standing, sitting, or walking an 8‑hour shift with no lifting over 35 lb and frequent reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and fine manipulation. Work hours are 2 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday, with training on the first‑shift schedule of 6 am to 2 pm. You will maintain clean, safe work areas following 5S standards and participate in Kaizen events and problem‑solving exercises.

Pay starts at $28.51 per hour, increasing to $29.37 on 2/22/2026, with benefits provided through a local labor union under a collective bargaining agreement.
