Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Design, and Construction
• Update key clients on the progress of their build
• Provide support to other Client Liaisons within the team as needed
• Identify and implement new opportunities and innovative ideas to enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years working as Client Liaison Team leader working for a residential builder
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Genuine approach with the ability to lead others
