This is a hybrid role based in Monroeville, PA, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will manage the buying, selling, and leasing of properties, assist clients in navigating the real estate market, and handle essential administrative responsibilities. You will provide excellent customer service to clients, build and maintain relationships, and execute strategies for meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Holds a valid Real Estate License or is willing to obtain one in a designated timeline as required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Real Property and Real Estate market trends.
• Proven abilities in sales and building a client network.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant technology and tools for real estate transactions is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
