  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Generate and maintain purchasing reports and documentation on spending, pending orders, vendor performance and inventory metrics for compliance and audits.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure correct specifications, confirm order status, on-time delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist the Purchasing Department with daily procurement activities.
