Develop and maintain enterprise-wide capability maps, domain maps, and reference architectures aligned to business goals
Mentor architects, application teams, and business stakeholders
Operate design authorities; review and approve architectures for major initiatives

Demonstrated experience significantly maturing an EA function with 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture
Mature EA function including design principles, governance, processes, repositories, and templates
Preferred experience in Fortune 500 industrial / services domains
Understanding of core technologies (ERP, CRM, PLM, MDM, Integration/ Middleware, etc. with strong SAP ERP background including S/4HANA experience)
Understanding of DevOps practices including branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release orchestration across an integrated ecosystem of applications
Understanding of security and vulnerability management best practices
Strong vendor management passion and acumen
Excellent communication skills & proven ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments
Strong experience in large, global, multi-system environments with complex process and integration landscapes
