The role prepares end‑to‑end financial statements for legal entities and supports accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, hard‑close and year‑end closings. It maintains IFRS/IndAS and statutory reporting structures, assists with statutory and tax audits, and ensures filing compliance. Active interaction with RAC analysts, BU Accounting Managers and GBS is required for accounting subjects, transaction processing and performance.

- Standardize accounting practices across business units and entities.
- Collaborate with GBS and BU accounting managers on escalations and ad‑hoc activities.

Candidates should have 8‑10 years of accounting and reporting experience, preferably with listed Indian entities and in a shared‑services setup, and hold a CA qualification or a master’s degree in finance or accounting. They must be subject‑matter experts in R2R, IFRS/IndAS, SAP/MFGPRO and HFM, with strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax, GST and advanced Excel skills. The role demands autonomous work organization, a result‑oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Possess 8‑10 years of accounting and reporting experience, preferably in listed Indian entities and shared services.

- Expertise in IFRS/IndAS, SAP/MFGPRO and HFM consolidation systems.
